Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. A hidden field is also used to identify automated spam submissions.
How the information is used
Your submission is sent to the RAMTECHX business inbox, managed through Google Workspace, so Reza Asayesh can review your request and respond. It is not used by the website to create an account or add you to a marketing list.
Processing and retention
The form is processed by the website's hosting and email infrastructure. Those providers necessarily handle the submission to transmit it. The current website code does not write contact submissions to a separate RAMTECHX database. Messages may remain in the business inbox as project correspondence; RAMTECHX has not established a fixed public retention period.
Analytics and cookies
The current website does not include an analytics script and does not set first-party cookies. Hosting and content-delivery providers may process ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address or browser information, to deliver and secure the site under their own policies.
Your choices
You do not have to use the form. You may contact RAMTECHX directly at reza@ramtechx.com. You may also use that address to ask about a message you previously submitted or request its deletion from the business inbox, subject to any legal or operational need to retain it.
